Make use of your leftover beef brisket and add a little French twist, with golden brioche and a strong blue cheese to make a fabulous French Dip Sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 4 Brioche Baguettes
  • Leftover slow-cooked beef brisket
  • Cheese – we like a strong blue cheese
  • Gravy
Method
  1. Slow cook the beef brisket to your family’s favourite recipe
  2. Make the gravy to your desired taste
  3. Fill the brioche soft baguette with a generous serving of brisket
  4. Add cheese to melt on top, and add a drizzle of gravy
  5. Serve the sandwich with a side dish of warm gravy
  6. Dip in and enjoy
