4 St Pierre Belgian Sugar Waffles with Butter
2 cooked crispy coated chicken fillets
2 slices of cheese
Spicy mayonnaise
4 rashers of crispy bacon


  1. Warm the waffles in the oven or under the grill
  2. Place one waffle on a plate and top with crispy coated chicken fillet
  3. Add crispy bacon and cheese slices
  4. Top with spicy mayonnaise for an extra kick (or your favourite sauce)
  5. Add a second warm waffle on top, and enjoy
