Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich

A quick and simple, warm and delicious lunch

3 slices St Pierre Brioche Loaf
Sliced ham
Cheese (we recommend Swiss!)
Fresh spinach leaves


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
  2. Melt the butter and brush on the slices of brioche. Place one slice of brioche on to a baking tray, and layer with ham and cheese, add another slice of brioche and top with spinach and more cheese, add the last slice of brioche.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8-12 mins, until cheese is melted and brioche is golden brown
