Fresh spinach leaves
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
- Melt the butter and brush on the slices of brioche. Place one slice of brioche on to a baking tray, and layer with ham and cheese, add another slice of brioche and top with spinach and more cheese, add the last slice of brioche.
- Bake in the oven for 8-12 mins, until cheese is melted and brioche is golden brown
