I grew up in a household of foodies in Norfolk, where both my mother and grandmother had successful cafes and restaurants, so naturally the love of food was handed down.
Food was a bit of a love language in our house, always bringing the family together and always a thing to be enjoyed.
Whilst I love cooking, I absolutely adore baking. I find the aesthetic, the textures and the flavours so satisfying, and it gives me great pleasure to see my family enjoying the recipes I create.
Food brings people together on so many different levels, and for me, sharing good food is a form of expression.

I spend most days testing recipes and when my children walk through the door after school the first question is always ‘what did you make today’? I always value their feedback and quite often I get great ideas and inspiration from them too.

Why are you excited to be a St Pierre ambassador?
We have always loved St Pierre products long before I worked with the brand, so it was only natural I would jump at the opportunity to work with a brand that is already a kitchen staple, and we know and LOVE!
No burger bun can compete, and no brioche can top them!
What's your favourite St Pierre product?
Without a doubt it would be the Brioche Loaf. I just love the versatility of it – from the perfect French Toast to the best bread and butter pudding, or even an epic grilled cheese sandwich or cheese roll up!
