St Pierre UK x Boursin Prize Draw

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is St Pierre Groupe Ltd (company no. 03259222) whose registered office is at Kingston House, Towers Business Park, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2LX.

3. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
4. The prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.
5. To enter the prize draw, an entrant must follow the following steps: Follow @stpierrebakery and @boursinuk, like the prize draw post and tag someone in the comments.
6. Entries must comply with these requirements to be valid.
7. The prize draw will open on 16^th October 2026 at 12.00pm (UK time) and the closing date for entry will be 23^rd October 2023 at 11.59pm (UK time). Entries received after this time will not be valid or included in the prize draw.
8. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not received or are incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control, provided that nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and the terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. In such circumstances, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to minimise any impact on entrants and will notify entrants as soon as reasonably practicable.
10. There will be one winner of this prize draw. The prize shall be:  A bundle of St Pierre favourites and a selection of Boursin flavours, plus a supermarket voucher for the finishing touches. A prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or higher value without giving notice if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
11. Winners will be chosen using a random generator software from all entries received by the Promoter by the closing date.
12. The winner will be notified by direct message DM on Instagram within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted for any reason or does not respond to [the direct message and provide their delivery address] to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries using the same random selection process.
13. The prize will be delivered via post to the address provided by the winner (or, where applicable, a replacement winner if the original winner fails to respond to the notification or provide a delivery address) within 30 days of notification.
14. By entering this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any rights available to entrants under applicable laws.
16. The Promoter will process personal data submitted in connection with this prize draw solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, selecting and contacting the winner, delivering the prize and any agreed publication. This processing will be carried out in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy (available at https://privacy.grupobimbo.com/united-kingdom/policy/index.html) which sets out further information.
17. The Promoter will only use personal data for marketing purposes where the entrant has provided valid consent to receive such marketing communications.
18. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who requests this information by emailing enquiries@stpierregroupe.com within 30 days from the Closing Date. The winner may object to their surname and/or county of residence being made available or may request that the amount of information made available is reduced by contacting the Promoter at enquiries@stpierregroupe.com. The Promoter may still be required to disclose winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority. The winner’s details will not otherwise be used by the Promoter for publicity purposes in connection with the competition, except as necessary to comply with the Promoter’s obligations under the CAP Code, the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority.
19. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
