Ingredients
  • 2 St Pierre Croissants
  • Handful fresh strawberries
  • Strawberry or raspberry ice cream
  • Few mini meringues (optional)
  • Strawberry or raspberry sauce to drizzle
Method
  1. Warm the croissants in the oven for a few minutes, following to the pack instructions
  2. Meanwhile wash, dry and quarter the strawberries
  3. When the croissants are ready, cut a third off the end of each, then set the small pieces aside.
  4. Use a spoon to create a slight well in the cut face of the croissants, then stand them in small glasses, like ice cream cones
  5. Place a scoop of ice cream into each cone and top with a few berries and mini meringues
  6. Cut the small croissant pieces into two and stick them into the ice cream like you would a chocolate flake!
  7. Drizzle over the sauce then eat straight away before the ice cream melts!
