Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich

Our Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich recipe is a quick and simple way to make a warm and delicious lunch or snack, made using our St Pierre Sliced Brioche Loaf.

Ingredients

3 slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf
Sliced ham
Cheese – we recommend Swiss
Fresh spinach leaves
Butter

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (180 °C fan).
  2. Melt the butter and brush on the slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf. Place one slice of brioche on to a baking tray, and layer with ham and cheese, add another slice of brioche and top with spinach and more cheese, add the last slice of brioche.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8-12 mins, until cheese is melted and brioche is golden brown.
