Upgraded Cheese And Ham Sandwich – Prosciutto, Brie And Red Cabbage

For a more indulgent cheese and ham sandwich – the perfect way to upgrade your work lunch. This prosciutto, Brie and red cabbage sandwich is St Pierre’s take on a French classic – Jambon Fromage – using our light and buttery Soft Brioche Baguettes. Bon appétit!

1 St Pierre Soft Brioche Baguette
10g softened butter
1 tsp Dijon mustard
20g red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 slices of Italian Prosciutto
50g French Brie, thinly sliced


  1. Lightly spread the St Pierre Soft Brioche Baguette with a thin layer of softened butter and mustard.
  2. Layer a small amount of the sliced red cabbage onto the baguette, followed by the slices of prosciutto and the slices of brie.
  3. Slice the baguette in half.
