German frankfurter with a French twist for a classic hot dog dinner
Nothing beats a classic hot dog, so we’ve created this simple but magnifique recipe with our Brioche Hot Dog Rolls to give you a delicious brioche hot dog in 20 minutes or under. Featuring all of the classic hot dog toppings – crispy onions, ketchup and mustard – this works for everyday dinners, as well as occasions when you need something easy, quick and impressive to serve up to guests.
Ingredients
- 4 St Pierre Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
- 4 Frankfurter sausages
- Crispy onions
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Method
- Cook the Frankfurt sausages according to instructions on pack
- Warm the Brioche Hot Dog Rolls in the oven or under the grill until they are golden brown
- Spread ketchup on the base of the Brioche Hot Dog Roll before layering on a sausage and smothering in mustard
Sprinkle on some crispy onions and serve
