
Cold Pressed Sandwiches
Classic Italian deli meats, peppery red pesto and creamy mozzarella
Delicious flavours from Italy meet a little Parisian flair in these fantastique cold pressed sandwiches. Classic Italian deli meats, peppery red pesto and creamy mozzarella all served in our sweet Brioche Baguettes make for an easy but mouth-watering lunch.
- 2 St Pierre Brioche Baguettes
- Few fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp red pesto
- Italian deli meats selection (such as Parma ham, salami, coppa etc.)
- Few sunblush tomatoes in oil, sliced
- 1 ball mozzarella, drained and thinly sliced
- Open the brioche baguettes and arrange a few basil leaves on the bottom halves
- Add some red pesto then a selection of Italian meats
- Add the sunblush tomatoes and mozzarella then place on the lids
- Place a board on top of the baguettes and a pan on top of the boards to weigh it down a little
- Leave for 5 minutes to slightly press the sandwich and merge the flavours a little
- Slice the baguettes in half and serve your cold pressed sandwiches
