Try our simple Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich recipe for an upgraded version of a toasted sandwich. It is a quick and simple way to make a warm and delicious lunch or snack, made using our St Pierre Sliced Brioche Loaf.
Ingredients
- 3 slices St Pierre Brioche Loaf
- Sliced ham
- Cheese – we recommend Swiss
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Butter
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (180 °C fan)
- Melt the butter and brush on the slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf
- Place one slice of brioche on to a baking tray, and layer with ham and cheese, add another slice of brioche and top with spinach and more cheese, add the last slice of brioche
- Bake in the oven for 8-12 mins, until cheese is melted and brioche is golden brown
