Leftover Christmas Dinner Buns

There are always leftovers after Christmas dinner, but the question is what to do with them? Why not give them a Parisian twist using our Brioche Burger Buns and make a deliciously packed sandwich filled with your favourite leftovers. With herby mayo, chili cranberry sauce and your leftover meat and veg all inside a Brioche Bun, those Leftover Christmas Dinner Buns will take your classic leftovers to new heights.

Ingredients
  • 4 St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns
  • Leftover cooked turkey
  • Leftover gravy (optional)
  • Leftover vegetables such as sprouts, roasted sweet potato etc
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Few fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
  • Black pepper
  • 6 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
  • Leftover stuffing
Method
  1. Heat up the leftover vegetables in the oven of sauté in a skillet for a few minutes until piping hot
  2. Re-heat the turkey in a little leftover gravy or serve the meat cold if you prefer. Make sure everything else is heated thoroughly
  3. Meanwhile, mix together the mayo, sage and a good grind of black pepper
  4. In another small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and chili sauce
  5. Lightly toast the brioche buns then spread the bottoms with the herby mayo
  6. Pile on some leftover turkey, then some sweet potato and sprouts
  7. Add a little stuffing then dollop on a spoonful of chili cranberry sauce before popping on the lids
