Nutella Roll-Ups

A quick and delicious dessert or a tasty afternoon snack. Made with our buttery Brioche Loaf, these Nutella Roll-Ups couldn’t be easier to make.
Ingredients
- 8 slices St Pierre Brioche Loaf
- Nutella hazelnut spread
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Large knob of butter
Method
- Roll out each slice of brioche loaf with a rolling pin (or cling film roll if you don’t have a rolling pin) until they’re thin
- Spread each slice with Nutella, almost to the edge and roll up each slice
- Whisk the egg and the milk together in a mixing bowl
- In another bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, on medium heat
- Soak each roll into the egg/milk mixture and then fry it on each side until it’s golden brown
- Once cooked, remove the rolls from the pan and smother in the sugar and cinnamon, coating every side
- Serve right away
