Ingredients
- 4 St Pierre Seeded Brioche Burger Buns
- Pulled pork
- Coleslaw
- Rocket
- Sliced gherkins
Method
- Cook the pulled pork, as per the instructions on the packet
- Open the burger buns and scoop a generous spoonful of pulled pork onto the bottom half
- Add a helping of coleslaw on top of the pork
- Top with fresh rocket and a couple of sliced gherkins
- Close the burger, serve and enjoy
