Why This Slow Cooked Spicy Beef Brisket Burger is a Must-Try
This Slow Cooked Spicy Beef Brisket Brioche Burger with Slaw is the perfect mix of tender, smoky, and spicy flavours wrapped in a buttery brioche bun. The slow-cooked beef melts in your mouth, while the slaw adds crunch and freshness. If you’re looking for the best pulled beef burger recipe, this one’s a game-changer!
How to Get the Most Tender Brisket
For fall-apart, juicy brisket, slow cooking is key. Here’s how to ensure perfectly shredded beef:
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours to break down the collagen.
- Always let the meat rest for 10 minutes before shredding to retain moisture.
- Toss the shredded beef back into the cooking juices to prevent it from drying out.
How Spicy is The Brisket in this Spicy Beef Burger?
The heat level is customisable! The cayenne and sliced chillis bring a spicy kick, but you can reduce the cayenne or skip the chillis for a milder version as our Spicy Chilli Brioche Burger Buns are already delicately spiced. Want extra spice? Drizzle with hot sauce or chili flakes before serving.
Why Brioche Buns are the Best for Brisket Burgers
A slow-cooked beef brisket burger needs a soft yet sturdy bun. Our St Pierre Spicy Chilli Brioche Burger Buns hold up perfectly—light, fluffy, and infused with a hint of chili to complement the smoky brisket.
