Sweet Treats: Brioche Tiramisu Pots
These Brioche Tiramisu Pots are a really easy to make and a délicieux sweet treat to make as a summer dessert. Soaking St Pierre Brioche Rolls in espresso before layering into jars or pots with mascarpone mixed with icing sugar, and topping with cocoa powder. If you want to add a boozy twist, soak our Brioche Rolls in a little coffee liqueur.

Forget about using a traditional ice cream cone and try using a St Pierre Croissant instead. Slice the croissants in half, coat the inside with melted chocolate and leave to set.
