Cranberry and Brie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 pack 10 St Pierre Mini Brioche Buns
- 1 wedge Brie (approx 150-160g)
- 100g cranberry sauce
- Few sprigs fresh rosemary
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C fan/180°C fan/Gas 4
- Slice the brie
- Make a cut in the top of each mini bun and place on a baking tray
- Push a few small slices of brie into the cut of each bun then add a few small dollops of cranberry sauce
- Place the tray in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is just starting to melt (it will continue to melt a little after you take them out of the oven)
- Sprinkle a little chopped rosemary onto each bun then arrange on a plate and enjoy warm

Nacho Chilli Beef Mini Buns
INGREDIENTS
- 10 St Pierre Brioche Mini Buns
- 1 tsp oil
- 250g beef mince (5% fat)
- 1 onion
- ½ red/green pepper
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- ½ tin black beans
- 1 sachet Chilli con Carne seasoning
- 1 avocado
- ½ bag Asda tortilla chips
- ½ tub each Asda Salsa, reduced fat Sour Cream and Chive dip and Guacamole
- 1 lime

STEPS
- Chop the onion and pepper
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince and onions until the mince is browned and onions softened, about 5-6 mins
- Add the peppers, chopped tomatoes, beans and seasoning mix. Half fill the tomato tin with water and stir in. Simmer for about 30 minutes, until nicely thickened.
- When the chilli is ready, slice the avocado and add a couple of slices to each mini bun, then top with a tablespoon of chilli con carne. Keep half the chilli in the fridge for another day.
- Slightly crush a tortilla chip and add to each bun then pop on the lids
- Serve with little pots of the sauces and lime wedges on the side
