Sticky Toffee Brioche Wreath

Sticky Toffee Chocolate Brioche Wreath

Ingredients

  • 250ml whipping cream (or double cream)
  • Toffee sauce or salted caramel sauce
  • Toffee pieces and mini fudge pieces

Steps

  1. Remove the wreath carefully from the foil tray and place on a board. Cut in half horizontally with a long knife
  2. Whip the cream to soft peaks then swirl in some toffee sauce
  3. Spoon onto the base of the wreath and scatter over the toffee and fudge pieces. Add a little more sauce then carefully place on the top
