Breakfast Tear & Share with Yoghurt and Berries

An all-in-one breakfast dish that the whole family will love, St Pierre has brought together brioche with yoghurt and berries for a delicious morning treat.

Add a Parisian twist to your breakfast with a combination of lightly sweet St Pierre brioche, yoghurt and berries. This all-in-one breakfast dish features our St Pierre Vanilla Brioche Tear & Share alongside tangy Greek yoghurt and berries for a sweet and juicy addition. Taking only 20 minutes to create, it can be simply sliced and served for you and your loved ones to enjoy a magnifique morning together.

Ingredients
  • 1 St Pierre Brioche Vanilla Tear & Share
  • 150g full fat cream cheese
  • 150g thick full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml double cream
  • 2 tsp good quality vanilla extract
  • 30g icing sugar
  • Assorted berries
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • Mint sprigs to decorate
Method
  1. Whip the cream to firm peaks in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl combine the yoghurt and cream cheese together with the vanilla extract
  3. Sieve in the icing sugar and mix in
  4. Fold the cream into the yoghurt mixture
  5. Carefully slice the tear and share in half across the middle then spread the yoghurt cream over the bottom half, reserving a large spoonful for the top
  6. Add the top half of the tear and share and pule the remaining yoghurt in the middle
  7. Decorate with the berries and chill for an hour
  8. Just before serving, sprinkle on some granola and garnish with mint sprigs
