Veggie Breakfast Sandwich

A quick, easy meat-free breakfast feast.

Ingredients

1 St Pierre Brioche Soft Baguette
Avocado
Halloumi cheese
Mushrooms
Tomato
Tabasco sauce

Method

  1. Lightly grill the brioche baguette
  2. Cut the halloumi cheese into thick slices and chargrill
  3. Grill or fry the mushrooms and tomato to your taste
  4. Slice the avocado
  5. Stack all the ingredients inside the brioche baguette, and add a splash of tabasco sauce for an extra kick
