Try Out Vegan Sweet & Savoury Fillings
The beauty of using our St Pierre Croissants for vegan meals is that you can easily mix things up with your favourite vegan sweet and savoury fillings.
Vegan Brunch Top Tip
Make a vegan Chantilly-style cream by whipping plant-based double cream with half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and two tablespoons of icing sugar. An easy way to add an extra touch of elegance to your vegan breakfast or brunch dishes.
Here, we’ve gone all out sweet with two options: a chocolate, nut butter & banana-filled croissant, and a croissant filled with coconut yoghurt and topped with a layer of blueberry compote.
On this second platter idea, we’ve opted for a nice vegan gingerbread buttercream and strawberries. A must have for spring season as this sweet combination works so well for brunch or even as a dessert. Usually this is the type of recipe you can batch cook and make for the whole family which is super convenient. So easy to make!

As gingerbread is usually pretty much Christmassy, the buttercream can be used to frost anything! From gingerbread houses, layered spice cake, cupcakes or even cookies, it’s incredible paired with moist and chewy type cakes.

- Vegan bacon, lettuce, avocado & tomato: create a vegan breakfast sandwich using our croissants
- Mushroom, spinach & avocado: sliced mushrooms fried with garlic, onion and herbs added to our croissants, and then topped with wilted spinach and slices of creamy avocado
