- 250ml whipping cream (or double cream)
- Toffee sauce or salted caramel sauce
- Toffee pieces and mini fudge pieces
Steps
- Remove the wreath carefully from the foil tray and place on a board. Cut in half horizontally with a long knife
- Whip the cream to soft peaks then swirl in some toffee sauce
