The perfect way to upgrade your work lunch. This prosciutto, Brie and red cabbage sandwich is St Pierre’s take on a French classic – Jambon Fromage (ham & cheese) – using our light and buttery Soft Brioche Baguettes.

Ingredients
  • 1 St Pierre Brioche Baguette
  • 10g softened butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 20g red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of Italian Prosciutto
  • 50g French Brie, thinly sliced
Method
  1. Lightly spread the St Pierre Soft Brioche Baguette with a thin layer of softened butter and mustard
  2. Layer a small amount of the sliced red cabbage onto the baguette, followed by the slices of prosciutto and the slices of brie
  3. Slice the baguette in half
