Nutella Roll-Ups

A quick and delicious dessert or a tasty afternoon snack. Made with our buttery Brioche Loaf, these Nutella Roll-Ups couldn’t be easier to make.

Ingredients
  • 8 slices St Pierre Brioche Loaf
  • Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Large knob of butter
Method
  1. Roll out each slice of brioche loaf with a rolling pin (or cling film roll if you don’t have a rolling pin) until they’re thin
  2. Spread each slice with Nutella, almost to the edge and roll up each slice
  3. Whisk the egg and the milk together in a mixing bowl
  4. In another bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon
  5. Heat the butter in a frying pan, on medium heat
  6. Soak each roll into the egg/milk mixture and then fry it on each side until it’s golden brown
  7. Once cooked, remove the rolls from the pan and smother in the sugar and cinnamon, coating every side
  8. Serve right away
