Nutella Roll-Ups

Prep: 15 minutes Serves: 4

A deliciously quick, chocolatey dessert


8 slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf
Nutella hazelnut spread
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon sugar


  1. Roll out each slice of brioche loaf with a rolling pin (or cling film roll if you don’t have a rolling pin) until they’re thin
  2. Spread each slice with Nutella, almost to the edge
  3. Roll up each slice
  4. Whisk the egg and the milk together in a mixing bowl
  5. In another bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon
  6. Heat the butter in a frying pan, on medium heat
  7. Soak each roll into the egg/milk mixture and then fry it from each side until it’s golden brown
  8. Remove the rolls from the pan and roll each in the sugar and cinnamon, coating every side
  9. Serve right away
