Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich
Our Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich recipe is a quick and simple way to make a warm and delicious lunch or snack, made using our St Pierre Sliced Brioche Loaf.
3 slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf
Cheese – we recommend Swiss
Fresh spinach leaves
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (180 °C fan).
- Melt the butter and brush on the slices of St Pierre Brioche Loaf. Place one slice of brioche on to a baking tray, and layer with ham and cheese, add another slice of brioche and top with spinach and more cheese, add the last slice of brioche.
- Bake in the oven for 8-12 mins, until cheese is melted and brioche is golden brown.
