Perfect to serve to your guests at your next dinner party, these sweet canapés combine the sweetness of Chocolate Chip Brioche Rolls with tangy raspberries. Slicing our Chocolate Chip Brioche Rolls into discs and toasting to create the base of the canapés and topping with a raspberry cream cheese mixture and a fresh raspberry, these Sweet Canapés will have your guests reaching for more.

Ingredients
  • 8 St Pierre Chocolate Chip Brioche Rolls
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 300g fresh raspberries
Method
  1. Slice the chocolate chip brioche rolls into small, circular discs
  2. Lightly grill the discs until golden brown
  3. Mash the raspberries (save a few for decoration) with a fork and mix gently into the cream cheese
  4. Spoon a generous serving of the raspberry cream cheese onto each brioche disc
  5. Top each with a whole raspberry and serve
