Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Brioche Bagel

Add a touch of Paris to this classic combination with golden, soft St Pierre Brioche Soft Bagels. Smoked salmon and cream cheese is one of the most popular bagel toppings, so why not give it a St Pierre twist. Add in some sliced cucumber and red onion for a little crunch, and maybe even a dash of lemon juice if you fancy it.

Ingredients
  • 4 St Pierre Brioche Soft Bagels
  • 180g smoked salmon
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, quartered
Method
  1. Start by toasting or grilling the St Pierre Brioche Soft Bagels until golden brown – around 1-2 minutes – before spreading both sides with a thick layer of cream cheese
  2. Take the base of the bagel and layer on the sliced cucumber, smoked salmon and chopped red onion
  3. Add a little bit of seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice if you would like before popping on the lid of the bagel on top
