Sweet Canapés
A delicious sweet and fruity canapé
Ingredients
8 St Pierre Chocolate Chip Brioche Rolls
250g cream cheese
300g fresh raspberries
Method
- Slice the chocolate chip brioche rolls into small, circular discs
- Lightly grill the discs until golden brown
- Mash the raspberries (save a few for decoration) with a fork and mix gently into the cream cheese
- Spoon a generous serving of the raspberry cream cheese onto each brioche disc
- Top each with a whole raspberry and serve
