Sweet Canapés

A delicious sweet and fruity canapé

Ingredients

8 St Pierre Chocolate Chip Brioche Rolls
250g cream cheese
300g fresh raspberries

Method

  1. Slice the chocolate chip brioche rolls into small, circular discs
  2. Lightly grill the discs until golden brown
  3. Mash the raspberries (save a few for decoration) with a fork and mix gently into the cream cheese
  4. Spoon a generous serving of the raspberry cream cheese onto each brioche disc
  5. Top each with a whole raspberry and serve
