Cumin, Lamb & Aubergine BBQ Burgers

Our burger recipe in partnership with MOB Kitchen is sure to become a firm family favourite. Combining warming cumin with delicious lamb and aubergine, these burgers are served in toasted Seeded Brioche Burger Buns.

Make up a patty of spiced lamb, top with fried aubergine and pickled red onion. A feast for the senses, and a real twist on the classic burger for Father’s Day.

Ham & Melted Cheese Sandwich

Sometimes you can’t beat a simple classic done well. Using our Sliced Brioche Loaf for an elegant twist, this sandwich is easy to whip up in a flash – in around 15 minutes – for a tasty brunch that will transform your kitchen table into an avenue-side Parisian café.

Layer up slices of brioche with melted butter (French is best, of course), ham, spinach leaves and Swiss cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is golden brown. Magnifique!

French Dip Sandwich

Brioche Baguettes loaded up with rich slow-cooked brisket and gently melted cheese. Served up with a pot of rich gravy for dipping – it doesn’t get much better than that for Father’s Day dinner.

Chocolate Burgers

Finish Father’s Day dinner with something sweet – and truly decadent! Our Brioche Burger Buns are the ideal base for sweet or savoury dishes.

Spread the inside of the Brioche Burger Bun with Nutella or another chocolate spread. Add in some whipped cream and any other sweet fillings to treat dad. Sandwich the bun together, top with more spread, and sprinkle over some chocolate shavings. Délicieux!

When is Father’s Day?

In the UK, Father’s Day is celebrated every year on the third Sunday in June. Though the actual date may differ (give or take a few days), it’s fairly easy to remember each year – so you don’t have any excuse!
